For leg vein concerns, a screening ultrasound checks both legs for vein problems.
Discuss what brought you in and have the physical evaluation needed to plan your care.
That includes procedures they don't perform. If you choose one, the team will try to refer you to a physician who does.

For neuromodulators and dermal fillers, the team starts conservatively, especially at a first treatment. If you'd like a greater change, a little more can be added at the follow-up visit.
Their injectables approach begins with the changes you want to see and the amount of treatment it would take to get there.
Extra time is set aside for your first visit. After the nurse evaluates your goals, the office manager meets with you separately to discuss the estimate. The treating provider isn't in the room while you decide.
